Medical Insurance CoordinatorJob Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirateskey responsibilities :•Verify patients’ insurance eligibility and benefits.•Process insurance claims and follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursement.•Liaise with patients to explain insurance coverage, co-pays, and out-of-pocket expenses.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient insurance records in the clinic’s system.•Resolve insurance-related issues, such as claim denials or discrepancies, by working with insurance providers and patients.•Prepare and submit accurate insurance billing reports and statements.•Coordinate with the medical team to ensure all necessary documentation is provided for claims.•Assist in the preparation of insurance contracts and agreements for new and existing insurance providers.•Stay updated on changes in insurance policies and regulations, particularly in the UAE healthcare sector.Qualification :•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, business, or related field.•Minimum 2 year experience in an insurance coordination or billing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.•Familiarity with UAE healthcare insurance policies, claims processes, and healthcare regulations.•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
