To manage the marketing and corporate communications of the nurseries.To plan and implement digital and offline strategies to boost the nursery?s brand and reputation, with the purpose of increasing registrations.Major ResponsibilitiesPreparing marketing materials of the nurseries.Planning various marketing activities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.Keeping track of Exhibitions and seminars wherein to market the Nursery?s brand and increase queries and admission.Managing online, social media and where appropriate print advertising campaigns that result in increased admissions.Interacting with nursery managers on routine basis.Managing the website and ensure it remains current, increase reach by effective use of SEO techniques, creating new pages as required.Posting attractive and relevant posts on social media channels to increase interaction with desired audience, increased market reach, positive impression and generating leads.Managing social media communications and posts, increasing engagement and interactions, responding to enquiries, and escalating issuesPreparing content for the blog and sharing the link on social media platforms.Preparing weekly and monthly reports on social media marketing and sales report and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategiesMonitoring and reporting on competition and making appropriate recommendationsPreparing and managing cost effective marketing budgetManaging existing CRM system and updating inquiries through Airtable on daily basisKey Qualifications:Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or related discipline Certification in digital/social media marketing will be strong plusKey Skills:1-3 years experience in the marketing and branding function, preferably in the education sector.Creative and Strategic thinker and effective executor of marketing and branding strategiesExcellent spoken and written skills in English.Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantageProficient in social media marketing techniques including knowledge of SEO is plusProficient in word processing and Microsoft Office applications.Proficient in graphic design and applicationsEffective planning, organisational and time management skills.High level of commitment and loyalty.Self-starter and ability to work under minimal supervisionTeam player and ability to collaborate across functionsHolding valid UAE driving license Company Profile Excelsior is a bespoke HR and recruitment consultancy, specialising in the Security, Facilities Management, Education, Hospitality, Healthcare and Automotive sectors.
