Employment: Full Time We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a regionally well known beauty & cosmetics business that have a number of aesthetic clinics as well as their own beauty product range, based in Dubai with a strong foothold within the Middle East region.They have had significant growth within the last year and, along with their strategic expansion plan, are looking for someone to manage the marketing team.We are looking for Marketing Managers that are ready to take the next step into an expanding business, with a carved-out development plan so you can grow with the company.Theyre offering higher than market rate salary, offering between 15,000 AED - 20,000 AED based on experience, as well as a long term regional development path. REQUIREMENTS: As the title suggests, you will be responsible for both offline & online marketing with the focus on digital marketing.The ideal candidate;Would have worked for aesthetic clinics as well as a company that creates & produces beauty and cosmetic productsIs able to Build relationships with pharmacies were the beauty and cosmetic products will be soldKnows digital marketing as well as traditional product marketingInteracting with retailers and building relationships with themAnalysis on marketing spend and ROISomeone very creative and that can create marketing campaigns from scratch
