Job Description

A new and exciting Meal Prep Company are looking for a nutritionist to help with the following duties:Planning Marketing Strategy? Develop and implement a strategic integrated marketing communications plan and correlation expenditure budgets annually? Regularly define and identify most effective communication channels to promote existing and new all Food products and services? Develop and implement creative social media strategies:- Be familiar with all social media platforms- Manage our companies social media platforms and engage with customers- Design content and posts- Research new trends and implement them- Create promotional content? Develop advertising opportunities (Online media, ATL media, radio, others)? Generate web & Google analytics reports to lead SEO and PPC planning? Ensure that marketing manuals are maintained with all current SOPs and processes? Create Monthly marketing reports as per industry format.? Must be able to position and Launch a product start to finish.Creating marketing content? Design and develop marketing material (photo and video shooting, collaterals, social media, WhatsApp) and direct marketing emails as per brand?s requirement and liaise with appointed agencies or in house team.? Manage digital marketing and social media activity across the various social media platforms including the development of content and analysis of reach and conversion as per the set KPIs? Source for and promote events that will drive traffic to the Brands, outlets and grow revenue, Creating original content for Services promotional campaigns across all platforms as: Websites, Social media channels, E-mail & CRM comms, 3rd party platforms, Cross Market and On ground.Brand Management Awareness? Coordinate and manage media/public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness of the brand and outlets? Handle and coordinate all media request, media releases, enquiries and presentations-hosting media, influencers and VIPs to drive quality media and impact word of mouth? Develop segmented profiles to lead thinking and campaign planning, delivering tailored TOV and content for each profile? Keep current with marketing trends, competitive analysis, new communication techniques and digital platform, in order to explore and recommend creative ways to reaching out to target audience group? Plan monthly promotional calendar with outlet managers generating ideas for new offerings.? Should be able to partner with communities, other brands & necessary businesses to generate revenue.? Must be able to activate and organise on ground events for sales generation and on ground events.? Evaluate and prepare reports showing the results of marketing campaigns (ROI)? Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant internal departments and regional office are kept informed of marketing objectivesCustomer Engagement? Build and maintain customer database and engage through regular customer communiqu?s as in newsletters, loyalty programs? Support operations team in managing guest experience on site, be visible and be part of the face and the host of the Brand.?
