Ideally already working within the Modular Construction sector you will have a minimum 10 to 15 years production/manufacturing exposure with at least circa 3 years spent in heading up a Facility of a similar size. You will be able to show a track record through your career of:Factory layout and planningMaterial Management/JIT deliveriesCapital Plant Procurement / and works application Defining the Manufacturing Process and production efficiencyDevelop the procedures for QA/QC, HSE, Logistics , ERPFactory Personnel Management in terms of recruitment/allocation /development/welfare
