Manager - FinanceJob Location : UAE?Lead the operations of finance and Accounts department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework to be implemented.?To Lead Audit, VAT and Finance Department to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through annual report,?Responsible for Pre and post audit arrangements.?To lead with proper system of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and recordkeeping for all transactions to ensure all financial transactions are recorded and processed accurately and timely in SAP and Tally.?To manage the company?s budget by controlling cost, strategically analyzing the income, cash flows, cost and expenditures.?To liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.?To develop and manage effective financial systems/models and to implement innovative and new cost-reduction practices to maximize company profit.?To liaise with various departments and projects, discussing company short term and long term plans and agreeing on future actions to be taken.?To oversee, plan and monitor sufficient cash flow available to run the operations of business smoothly.?Take ownership of reporting costs, productivity, margins and expenditures of company.?Maintain accounting controls by developing and following policies and procedures and preparing and submitting reports to management.?Timely reporting to the management on company profit and loss, risk analysis etc.?Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.Job Requirements:?Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.?Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably in a corporate setting.?Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.?Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.?Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.?Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management software, e.g. SAP, TALLY, QuickBooks, etc.?Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making.?Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.?Commitment to integrity, ethics, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
