The work of an Audit Manager is to supervise the actions and practices of the auditors in an organization and to make sure the auditors follow the rules and regulations set by the organization. We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, analytical with an attention to detail, and logical thinkers, with a passion for strategy and transactions and helping clients solve important problems. Being a strong team player is critical, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements or deadlines in support of our clients goals. Manage the client audit engagement and engagement team assigned, which includes initial engagement planning, analysis of controls and processes, preparation and review of audit documentations and management letters and reports and monitoring of engagement progress against budget and timeline. Be an active part of the audit team in all stages of the audit processes. Support, coordinate and train team members. Ensure work is delivered in a timely manner and in compliance with firms high standard requirements. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. Build strong internal relationships within Firms Assurance and across other services. Manage and solve occurring ad-hoc problems Minimum 8-10 years of experience in external/statutory audit Preferably from a reputed audit firm (Preferably from Big 4) In-depth understanding of IFRS/ISA and audit procedures Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Dedicated, flexible, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
