Role Requirements & Experience- Contribute to the creation of strategies that drive product adoption, value realisation and delight our customers throughout the duration of the customer lifecycle - Customer relationship and executive stakeholder management (to C-level) - Work collaboratively with the CS Operations team to drive better use, insights and adoption of core CS operations capabilities. - At least 7 years of experience in a commercial, customer facing role. - Strong and proven record of successfully leading customer success from a functional perspective. - Proven track record of stakeholder management up to and including C-level. - Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written - Proven track record of leading through change and in high pressure situations - Fluent in English (written and oral) About the TeamBuilding on SAPs intelligent enterprise strategy, it is the mission of Business Process Intelligence to assist our customers in navigating through their digital transformation and help them understand and improve their business processes in a data-driven way.
