Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Executive to manage and optimize all aspects of our logistics and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and cost-effective logistics solutions while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:•Oversee and manage the entire supply chain operation, including procurement, inventory control, transportation, and logistics.•Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies, ensuring seamless, cost-effective movements of products from suppliers to customers.•Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.•Monitor performance of supply chain operations using key metrics and prepare detailed reports for upper management.•Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.•Analyze operational performance and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the supply chain.•Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to align supply chain management with customer demands and expectations.•Implement improvements in internal logistics processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.•Manage relationships with logistics service providers and ensure service levels are met or exceeded.•Handle any logistics issues that come up, including customs clearance and transportation delays.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.•At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the security or technology industries.•Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.•Excellent negotiation and communication skills.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.•Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.•Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
