Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an International Luxury Retail brand. Our client is looking to hire a logistics manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations for our client.ÿ<br /><br />- Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.<br />- Manage the supply chain from China and Bangladesh to Dubai, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished products.<br />- Manage the day-to-day operations of the third-party warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.<br />- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure compliance with import and export regulations.<br />- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.<br />- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.<br />- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and customers.<br />- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations in all logistics operations.<br /><br />Requirements- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.<br />- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the fashion retail industry.<br />- In-depth knowledge of international logistics operations, including import and export regulations, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.<br />- Experience working with 3rd party warehouse and fulfillment providers.<br />- Strong understanding of E-commerce logistics.<br />- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.<br />- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br />- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br />- Proficiency in MS Office applications and logistics software.<br /><br />Benefits<br />- Attractive salary + Benefits.<br />
