Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests Coordinating with 3PL/freight forwarders/Carriers/Internal Sales and Product team for inbound/outbound shipments Receiving and Invoicing stock in ERP in coordination with 3PL Track orders to ensure timely deliveries Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, packing list and bills of lading) Maintaining inbound and outbound records for audit purposes Timely claim of damage/return from vendor/insurance company.
