For The Position Of Logistics Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities: SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION 1. Prepare Export Documents. 2. Prepare Internal Transfer Documents 3. Prepare Duty exemption documents 4. E-MIRSAL CLEARANCE 5. Check For Material Availability 6. Cross Verify the Material Origin With System and Labor Supervisors. 7. Inform the sales coordinators if material is not available at yard 8. Arrange Chamber of Commerce Certificate. 9. Arrange exit gate pass for the trucks 10. Cross verify that the dispatch complies with the PO regulations and make sure there is no excess delivery. 11. Arrange Bill of lading from the shipping line 12. Check Vessel schedule for exports 13. Keep an update for import vessel arrival. 14. Coordinate with the Customers and clarify the documentation requirements.
