Job Description

Safe and Efficient Transportation

  • Drive passengers to their destinations safely and efficiently.
  • Follow assigned routes or use GPS navigation to determine the best route.
  • Avoid high-traffic areas and plan alternative routes when necessary.
  • Adhere to all UAE traffic laws and company driving policies.
Customer Service & Client Interaction
  • Greet passengers with a professional and courteous attitude.
  • Assist clients with opening doors, loading, and unloading luggage.
  • Provide information about Dubai?s landmarks, tourist attractions, and general guidance if requested.
  • Handle client inquiries and requests in a polite and professional manner.
  • Ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for all passengers.
Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness
  • Regularly clean the interior and exterior of the limousine to maintain a luxury appearance.
  • Perform routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, etc.).
  • Ensure the limousine is in top condition before each trip.
  • Report any mechanical issues or damages to the company for immediate repair.
Time Management & Punctuality
  • Arrive at pick-up locations on time and ensure timely drop-offs.
  • Monitor traffic conditions and plan accordingly to avoid delays.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including early morning or late-night trips.
Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all UAE traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ensure passengers wear seat belts at all times.
  • Drive responsibly and avoid aggressive driving behavior.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in traffic laws and road regulations.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality, especially with VIP clients.
  • Avoid discussing client information or destinations with unauthorized individuals.
  • Dress professionally and adhere to company grooming standards.
Trip Documentation & Reporting
  • Keep a detailed log of trips, including pick-up and drop-off locations, mileage, and fuel usage.
  • Maintain records of any toll charges, parking fees, or additional expenses.
  • Report accidents, delays, or any unusual incidents to management immediately.
Handling Payments & Ride-Booking Apps (if applicable)
  • Accept cash or digital payments and issue receipts when necessary.
  • Use company-approved ride-hailing apps like Uber or Careem to manage bookings.
  • Ensure proper fare calculation and transparent billing for clients.
