The family consists of a couple and a child and the role involves managing their property, overseeing special projects, and providing concierge services to name a few key tasks.DescriptionThe key responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:Managing their villa/ property in Dubai would include liaising with vendors to upkeep the garden, pool housekeeping, maintenance, invoice approval Overseeing the execution of property-related projects like redesigning back yard, and living room or dealing with any pest issuesThe role would include hosting/ entertaining followed by villa set up and take down Additionally, the role would include providing concierge services like flight, and hotel bookings, wardrobe management, organizing net jets, and packing/ unpacking when required. Occasional event planning and occasional drop off/ pick up of their childManaging overseas property in terms of housekeeping and invoice management.ProfileThe successful candidate for this role:A well-rounded person who has a track record in managing the same responsibilities with Ultra high net worth individuals (UHNW) or families Western Educated Candidates preferredFlexible and agile to be accessible if needed Has strong planning and organizing skills with efficient reporting ability and excellent use of MS Office to manage documents and cost sheets, maintenance schedules, etc.Candidate needs to have a driving licenseJob OfferThe successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary, all-inclusive of basic, housing, and transport allowances.
