Legal Recovery OfficerJob Location : UAEJob description:?Handling all the legal cases registered with the courts, keeping close track of all hearings and court judgments, until the final judgment is obtained.?Collecting experience (dealing with clients and recovering payments) is essential.?Keeping in touch with the internal legal advisors on a daily/weekly basis to receive the latest updates on some high-profile cases, and putting a strategy in place to find better and amicable solutions?Contacting the clients after each court stage, attempting to reach an amicable settlement with high negotiation skills and flexibility.?Obtaining a payment order against clients in default who violate the contract. Starting with the preparation of the demand letter, announcement, and advertisement, up to the payment of court fees, registration of the order, and keeping a close eye on the situation.?Preparation of legal notices, including final warning letters, for clients, as well as replying to the notices received.?Dealing with the CRM team for hardcore cases that require legal advice or involvement.?Keeping track of all legal recovery processes on a monthly basis.?How exactly RERA work and which major tasks are involved?New legislation (new commercial laws, new cheque laws) must be adopted by the candidate.Essential Requirements:?At least 3-5 years in a legal recovery role with collection?Degree: Bachelor in law?Communication and people skills Aptitude in problem-solving?Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
