Legal ManagerJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities :?Manage and execute all legal matters in collaboration with the Executive Team?Prepare, review, and participate in corporate contracts reviews and negotiations?Provides counsel and guidance to clients?Ensure proper training is provided to the employees?Develop and maintain strong relationships with different departments to ensure that the requirements of the clients are addressed?Attend meetings with clients?Prepare and organize all client company books and the AGM?Develop and implement a legal precedent database?Record and update all legal documents through the CRM systemJob Details :?Bachelors degree in Law?Minimum 5 years PQE with 3 years UAE experience in UAE corporate services sector?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment?Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities?Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook?Full command in English, an additional language, is a plus?In-depth knowledge of all laws across GCC
