Trained in the corporate department of a major international law firm and have strong academic background/qualifications.Must be US, UK or Australia qualified.Arabic communication skills would be preferable but we will consider candidates who dont. Ideally Dubai based but we would also be interested in speaking to candidates that can relocate within the next 3 months.Wed like to speak to candidate who have 1-3 years PQE at an international firm.Demonstrated a high level of technical skill and competence with demonstrated experience in M&A transactions including, at an absolute minimum, experience in each of the following areas:Carrying out due diligence exercises on a multi-jurisdictional basis;Being responsible for drafting due diligence reportsDrafting/negotiating share and asset purchase agreements;Drafting/negotiating shareholder/JV agreements;Managing deal closings; andStrong knowledge/familiarity with basic corporate housekeeping matters (including entity formation/maintenance).Consistently achieved your personal financial/billing targetsDemonstrated good networking skills, business development opportunities and an ability to build strong client relationships.An ability to manage a heavy workload and the competing demands of clients which arise from running a number of separate transactions at once.Built great relationships with colleagues you work with in other practice groups.
