The successful candidate should hold a bachelors Degree in law admitted to practice law in the UAE. 5 yeas post qualification experience, preferred in a corporate legal department or private practice. Current practising certificate or equivalent membership of recognised professional law body is essential. Broad corporate and commercial legal experience is required and great knowledge of labour law. You should have comprehensive experience within the area of Commercial Law and Contracts with strong business acumen. Strong commercial awareness and negotiating skills are a must for this role. You should have excellent analytical ability and drafting skills with exceptional English and Arabic language communication.
