Employment: Full Time * Oversee leasing of the companys assets (Labour Camps, Retail, Commercial & residential)* Achieve leasing targets set by the Management and regularly monitor the progress to ensure that targets are achieved.* Manage good tenant relationship.* Research, analyse and document market information on different areas and sectors to help improve leasing strategy.* Prepare renewal notices, lease agreements and tenant communications on a timely basis.* Review all documents relating to lease.* Coordinate filling and safe keeping of all leasing documents.* Conduct periodic visits to properties to ensure compliance to agreements by tenants.* Follow up in collections, updates & reports.* Liaise with lawyers for legal requirements on documentation, contracts etc. REQUIREMENTS: * Certification From RERA.* Fully conversant with the leasing strategies & tactics.* Good knowledge of the brokers in the market.* Inter personal & communication skills.* Highly motivated & ability to work under pressure.* Decision making ability on commercial decisions.* Multi-tasking skills, courteous & presentable.
