To be a successful for this role you should hold a bachelors Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role. It is essential that you have experience in developing and designing leadership programmes. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of training processes, adult learning theories and instructional design principles.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills both written and verbal, as well as strong attention to detail, creativity and interpersonal skills.
