Job Description

Employment: Full Time Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructorsDesign and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materialsReview training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materialsDeliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques Blended learning, Instructor led training, Experience led training, E-learningAssist in the evaluation of training programsPerform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, coordinating enrollment, and maintaining LMS.Facilitate learning of at least 150 employees across organizational unit in a monthPrepare monthly MIS and submits it to Asst. Manager- L&D for consolidationContribute in designing L&D instructional materials, modules, solutions, policies and proceduresConduct at least 2 L&D audits and monthly assessments in the supermarkets & other business units to evaluate improvement on learning behaviors & performancePerform off-site visits to conduct follow ups, dialogues and assessmentsExecute L&D operational duties and responsibilities with due diligence and implements plans and strategies within budgetary requirementsCoordinate & communicate with HR Business partners, SMEs and Training Buddies on training schedules and plansCommunicate on Training Facilities (Internal & External), training venues, refreshments and other requirementsSecure, maintain and archive L&D files (soft copies) & hard copies, stationery, equipment, tools and materialsProvide regular feedback to Supervisor on issues, concerns and recommendations for documentation on monthly reportsMust attend to his or her professional learning and development plan or requirementsAdhere to other work instructions provided by his or her superior REQUIREMENTS: Required experience in designing and creating training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.Experience in training employees using a variety of instructional techniques Blended learning, Instructor led training, Experience led training, E-learning
