Landscape ArchitectJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Draw up reports and contracts?Write proposals and present them to clients?Meet with clients, builders, engineers and landscapers to explain project goals?Liaise with fellow architects, project managers, engineers, and surveyors?Prepare site plans and graphic representations of plans using computer-aided design (CAD) or Revit software?Prepare cost estimates and oversee the projects budget?Develop vendor relationships to achieve pricing goals?Select materials based on client desire, budget and climate parameters?Conduct on-site inspections to assure adherence to final plan?Research and analyze environmental reports on land conditionsKnowledge And Expertise:?Minimum 8 years of experience in similar role?Proven work experience as a Landscape Architect in GCC or similar role?Practical experience with CAD or Revit software?Good creative flair and imagination?The ability to respond well to feedback?Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)?Relevant training and/or certifications as a Landscaping Architect
