Role Description We are seeking an outgoing, high-energy Kiosk Service & Sales Executive to run our standalone mall kiosk. In this role, you are the face of our brand, capturing the attention of mall shoppers and turning passing foot traffic into loyal customers. You will handle everything from popping fresh popcorn, merchandising vibrant candy displays to serving refreshing drinks and operating the cash register or payment system. Because this is a compact, high-visibility standalone kiosk, you must be a self-motivated closer who takes pride in cleanliness and loves actively driving sales through outgoing guest engagements. The Kiosk Service & Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in DAMAC Hills 2 Mall, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Desired Candidate ProfileHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a previous position.Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling various payment types.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.Adaptability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Familiarity with the specific industry of the kiosk (e.g., telecommunications, ticketing, retail) is advantageous.Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the customer base is highly desirable.Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar frontline role.
