Our client is now recruiting for a?Key Account Manager ?Development ?Pakistan (focused)Asia, Indian Ocean, CIS countries. You will be directly reporting to the Sales Manager -ExportMISSION:The Opportunity:The company is always willing to build upon the success of their businesses, and hence do invest in people and operational capability to further drive growth, profitability and scale. This includes organic and development transactions. Management believes there are significant growth, developmental, and transformational opportunities in NUTS, Dried Fruits, Spices & Dates business in Asia, Indian Ocean & CIS. Hence GFI see prudent to hire a seasoned and highly regarded sales leader capable of seizing the business and market opportunities and taking businesses to the next level? Key account manager development reporting to the Sales Manager Export, responsible to explore new opportunities in Asia, Indian Ocean & CIS countries while assuring to execute workable business model into place. This position is based in Dubai.Key responsibilities include the following:? Identify new opportunities & increase customer footprint in Pakistan? Prepare three-years sales development plan including root-to-markets strategy? Deliver top line and bottom-line budgets? Work to increase potential customer base (focus area, top retailers & wholesaler) in Pakistan? Closely work with supply chain team to have proper documentation and process in place? Should have knowledge of documentation & full supply chain process? Manage, monitor and evaluate the performance of each customers? Visit customers and the outlets to identify growth opportunities? Ensure proper stock availability in customer?s warehouse & shelf visibility? Provide 3 month?s rolling forecast to the companies & closely coordinate with operation team to deliver sales orders on time.Key performance indicators include:? New customers development? Sales and net margin? Stock levels at the customer WH? Accounts receivables? Reports? Forecast accuracy? Dept. budget.SKILLS:? Track record of establishing best practice sales capability, building and consistent delivery of sales targets? Proven track record of retailer/ wholesaler?s expansion? Should have clear understanding on import & export documentation? Should have knowledge of value chain (pricing structure)? Should spend 60% of time in traveling? Should have knowledge on Pakistani government laws & regulations for importation? Driven by challenge, well organized with an ability to multi-task? Adaptable approach and capable of driving change on the marketing mixPROFILE:? Age: 25+ years.? Nationality: Any Arabic? Gender- Male? Education- Master?s in Business Administration (Major: Marketing) preferred? Languages- English, Urdu and Punjabi? Experience- Senior sales leader with 5-7 years? experience managing top Retailers & Wholesalers in Pakistan? Driving license: Yes? Availability: Within 30 days on selection
