Junior Interior DesignerJob Location : UAEJob Responsibilities :?Create design plans and moodboards for new project based on FF&E availability, price and project budget;?Work closely with the team to ensure project schedules, trackers, logistics, and appointments are gracefully and logically managed;?Communicate with vendors/workrooms to order or create custom furnishings, lighting, window treatments, millwork, architectural interior; finishes, overseeing orders from start to finish;?Facilitate the accurate and timely completion of projects by serving as a trusted advisor on-site, ensuring vendors and contractors satisfy their respective scopes of work in an aesthetically pleasing, technically proficient, and high-quality manner;?Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all purchased pieces;?Communicate and coordinate regularly with Designers and to manage the development of deliverables at contract milestones throughout the design project process;?Create installation timelines; organize and oversee installations;?Ability to constantly deal with schedules, projects or logistics.?Assisting senior interior designers with creating and managing work files, including drawings, plans, boards, etc.?Currently present in UAE;?Valid UAE driving license;?Experience in interior design / fit-out field;?Experience managing a full workload in a fast-pace environment (from conception to execution);?Knowledge of building materials, finishes, furniture installation and construction methods as they relate to the interior design discipline is a plus;?Detail oriented and organized;?Interest in interior design and a good eye.
