Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks to all kitchen staff subordinates while supervising all kitchen stations? Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items and recipes and developing dishes for the restaurants based on demand, season, and cuisine.? Supervising, motivating, and working closely with other Chefs of all levels to ensure quality of work, accountability of every station assignment and health and safety for everyone especially customers.? Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created while maintaining food hygiene practices.? Assisting with determination of food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering.RequirementsQualifications:? Open to Lebanese nationals? Male, 40 years old and below?
