What you will be doing:We are looking for an admirable Jr. Sous Chef to support our Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Executive chef and to lead and inspire our culinary staff in the creation of culinary masterpieces.Herewith a brief overview of the responsibilities, full job description and expectations will be discussed during the interview process:- Ensuring that all food meets the highest quality standards and is served on time- Coordinating culinary staff and assisting them as required.- Hiring and training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.- Stocktaking ingredients and equipment, and placing orders as needed.- Enforcing best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen.- Incorporating feedback from restaurant staff and patrons to make improvements or resolve issues.Your team and working environment:Make the most of now.
