Job Description

JP Morgan Payments is looking for a Client Service Account Manager to lead and leverage client relationships within the Trade & Working Capital Business. Youwill have a good understanding of the Trade Finance Business and Products including Commercial Letter of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Collections and Supply Chain Finance, as well as strong client service skills. With a strong background of building and maintaining winning relationships, youwill drive multiple partnerships across JPMorgan Corporate Investment Bankto develop and expand business relationships If you are apassionate and authentic individual,who has a deep understanding of the Trade landscape, witha strong and demonstrable track record of delighting clients and driving exciting new strategic initiatives, please read on Job responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and broaden partnerships with clients and become the Clients trusted adviser
  • Understand Clients business to predict their needs and provide appropriate solutions, assist in developing and executing strategic Client plans and record all client interactions (e.g., calls, meetings, issues, proactive communications)
  • Promote use of self-service tools and promote sharing of experience and best practice across the Service team and analyse behaviours and associated activities to identify efficiencies and cross sell opportunities
  • Participate in and support initiatives and identify opportunities for product development and enhancement
  • Develop internal partnerships (e.g., Sales, Operations, Product) and identify and escalate potential risk associated with Client activities
  • When required work closely with Business partners to always maintain client expectations
  • Track the Trade client transactions through operational steps and liaise with multiple internal parties to ensure smooth handling and fast turnaround time for the client .and provide client reporting on Trade to help enhance their experience including discrepancy analysis, inquiry volume and type, early payment opportunities, digital solutions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience working in Trade Finance within a Financial Institution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in working with Trade & Working Capital products with a strong knowledge base
  • Dual ability to work effectively as both a team player and alone and demonstration of cultural sensitivity and awareness
  • Proven negotiation skills coupled with strong organisational skills: ability to manage multiple priorities whilst meeting deadlines
  • Ability to develop and mobilise internal networks and resources
  • Ability to effectively use and manage multiple systems
