Description of the Accountability Provision of new workload in Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Provide Tier 2 support and maintain organisation Groups Windows Infrastructure Plan and Upgrade Windows Operating System to 2019/2022 Lead the hardware refresh as part of life cycle management. Proactively ensure system performance are within defined performance matrix. Systems are to be secured with latest updates and patched as per the Patch Management Policy Assist in the DR drills for critical system to ensure business continuity. Work with cross-functional teams to identify risks and issues, create plans to mitigate and resolve them. Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues within defined SLAs. Participate in IT infrastructure projects and perform other duties as assigned.4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: A degree in Computer Science or related discipline Certification on Windows Servers, Azure Cloud Technologies & Virtualization Thorough with ITIL Process (Incident, Service Request and Change Management) Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing Widows Servers, Azure Cloud and Virtualization Technologies (Hyper-V and VMware) in a large enterprise. Job-Specific Skills: Experience in Large Enterprise administering Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure. Microsoft Server based environments Experience in managing Azure Cloud Infrastructure Experience with HP Servers Excellent understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory. Strong troubleshooting skills with excellent verbal and written communications. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and strong team player with excellent communication skills. Must be able to work occasional during weekends or after-office hours.
