Olsen and Partners is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with experience in leading a team of talented junior designers and visualizers. Reporting to the Design Director and working closely with the construction team, the Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing and contributing to the design process from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of junior designers and visualizers to ensure successful project delivery in line with project timelines and budgets. Collaborate with the construction team and external consultants to define project scopes, timelines and budgets. Conduct research, analyse client needs and develop design concepts that meet client expectations and effectively communicate the vision to the team. Develop design drawings, material specifications, and 3D renders in accordance with project timelines and requirements. Work with the Procurement department to understand the pricing, sourcing and availability of materials. Keep up-to-date with current trends, technology and materials and provide direction and guidance to the team. Manage site coordination during the construction phase to ensure design integrity. Participate in client meetings, develop proposals and present design concepts. Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum 7 years experience in an interior design role with 2 years of team lead experience. Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills. Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D modelling software, 3Ds Max or equivalent. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, construction and detailing. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure Experience in designing for high-end residential projects.
