Interior DesignerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Responsible in planning and overseeing the execution of interior design projects of Sunset Hospitality group to ensure the designs should reflect Sunset?s brand guidelines and comply with architectural constraints and safety regulations.?Collaborate with stakeholders to develop design concepts and plans for interior spaces that align with the brand?s identity and guest expectations.?To ensure interior design seamlessly integrates with architectural elements, such as structural features, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.?Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to source and install materials and furnishings.?Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction and renovation projects, addressing any design adjustments and ensuring quality control.?Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to source and install materials and furnishing.?Prepare detailed construction and design documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules , for use by contractors and builders.?Ensure that interior designs align with the company?s branding and maintain a consistent image across all venues.?Provide regular progress updates and presentations to management and stakeholders.Ideal Candidate:?At least 2-3 years? experience in similar role and must have a Bachelor?s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design?Strong proficiency in design and architectural software e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.?Good knowledge of local building codes and regulations.?Previous experience in interior design especially within hospitality industry/project.?Good communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.?Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing design trends.?Strong multi-tasking skills.
