Insurance CoordinatorJob Location : UAE:?Providing support and guidance to team members regarding insurance processes, policies and procedures, Pre-approvals, Payers, Member IDs etc.?Addressing queries, concerns, and complaints raised by payers/TPA?Excellent working knowledge of Eclaim submission portal, HCPCS codes and Payers/TPAs?Claim validation and E-claim Submissions on DHPO/Shafafiya/Riayati portal as per DHA/DOH/MOH guidelines on a timely manner.?Coordinating with other departments including finance to ensure timely receipt of claims payments and follow up with TPA/payers for resubmissions?Maintaining accurate data for submitted claims, pending claims and all insurance processes?Providing insights and recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the insurance process?Tracking & maintaining sales report for direct billing and reimbursement?Ensuring proper stock take is implemented at the warehouse as directed by the Regional ManagerJob Details :?Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant work experience?Strong Attention to detail?Excellent verbal and written communication?Time management with expert system skills?Good Interpersonal skills?Good understanding of retail brands?Ability to work under pressure and stringent timelines?Expert in MS-office
