Skills / Qualifications:?Understanding of digital assets, NFTs and Cryptocurrencies; Cryptocurrency knowledge is must?UAE Laws, GDPR & SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens)?Knowledge of Dubai Virtual Assets Law?Familiarity with legal procedures and financial services regulation in the DIFC, UAE/ EU or comparable jurisdiction?Ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters effectively and efficiently?8+ years legal work experience in UAE/ Europe preferably?Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment?A combination of private practice and in-house experience with international (EU) as well as local companies is preferred.?Preferable Spanish Speaking
