- Have worked in an ice rink industry preferred- Refrigeration Technician Diploma required- Bachelors degree- Minimum 2 years experience in maintaining MYCOM compressors and air conditioning systems.- Experience in working with the contractor and supplier of equipment (CIMCO)- Supervisory experience of a minimum of 2 years with a team greater than 10 people
