Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Deep technical consulting and leadership experience, including a proven ability to define and shape winning solutions for clients- Be an expert in shaping and delivering the NextGen AD/M on various cloud platform(s), and have experience in:- Hybrid cloud management with a focus on NextGen AD/M, Platform Engineering Services, DevSecOps and IGNITE on Cloud and Quality engineering offerings- Champion New way of work - Garage delivery with Application Innovation Lab- NextGen AD/M assessment, Cloud Affinity and Adoption Roadmap / Application Portfolio Assessment (APA)- Target Operating Model definition and implementation- Cloud DevSecOps design, Implementation and support and leverage extreme automation and AIOps- Garage Method for Cloud Manage- Cloud Service Management using Service Now- Industry flavour and consideration for clients and renewal trends- Solution mind-set - Ability to connect the dots to conceptualize a solution, value proposition and create a blueprint translating into an offering. Constructing new deals, increasing/improving stickiness in our existing accounts.- Experience leading a multi-region workforce include CICs which consists of cloud Sellers, Architects, Technical Leads, Managers and Engineers.- Leverage ready list of assets, tools to serve as IBM differentiatorsPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Strong CxO relationships and ability to build and maintain these- Understanding of the MEA market- Cloud certifications- Experience working in multiple industries with proficiency in at least one industry.
