Job Description

Experience:- 5 - 8 years of experience in sales and in sales management (Direct Sales) - Extensive sales experience with business applications and/or IT solutions; experience selling to CXOs - Collaborative style and ability to work in a networked organization with virtual teams - Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share in a profitable manner - Bachelors degree in related fields (Business/Engineering or Technology)Soft Skills:- Internal & external customer satisfaction, able to articulate to potential customers the business value of an investment - Territory planning ability to identify and prioritize opportunities - Work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity - Knowledge of HR functions and trends is preferred.We are SAPSAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
