Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed 3D HVAC BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.Model HVAC systems including:Chilled Water SystemsDX SystemsAHU, FAHU & FCUFresh Air & Ventilation SystemsExhaust SystemsSmoke Extraction SystemsDuctwork and HVAC PipeworkPrepare and review HVAC shop drawings, coordinated drawings, sections, details, and layouts.Review consultant drawings and specifications and ensure BIM models comply with the approved design.Coordinate HVAC services with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Structural and Architectural disciplines.Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve technical/clash-related issues.Review contractor/subcontractor BIM models and drawings against consultant requirements where required.Ensure models and drawings follow project BIM standards, LOD requirements, naming conventions, and documentation standards.Assist in preparing BIM deliverables, schedules, quantity take-offs and as-built models.Identify design discrepancies and coordinate with engineers/design teams for necessary revisions.Maintain updated models based on design changes, site requirements, and consultant comments.Desired Candidate ProfileDiploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.Minimum 3?5 years of HVAC BIM Modeling experience.Consultant experience is highly preferred/mandatory.Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.Good understanding of HVAC design principles and MEP coordination.Experience with high-rise buildings, villas, residential and commercial projects.Ability to understand HVAC design drawings, specifications and consultant comments.Knowledge of UAE/GCC MEP standards and authority requirements is an advantage.Good communication and coordination skills.Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.Immediate joiners are preferred.Preferred Candidate Profile:A candidate who has worked with an MEP Consultant/Engineering Consultant and has experience in HVAC design coordination, BIM modeling, consultant drawing review, clash detection, and reviewing contractor submissions.
