This role requires a strong all rounder with a great attitude and flexible approach. You will have experience of working in the HR space in the UAE and be familiar with Labor law and regulations with a good grasp of visa processes etc. You will enjoy recruitment as much as talent management and be hungry to learn and develop along the way. This role is suited to someone with a minimum of 5 years experience and a desire to grow as an HR professional. Excellent written and verbal English communication is a must as is experience in the Retail Industry in the UAE. You will ideally hold a qualification in HR or be working towards one.
