Charterhouse is working with a renowned global company specialised in providing highly luxurious wellness and active lifestyle solutions. Our client is currently looking for a Maternity Cover Human Resources Specialist. Due to this position being a Temporary Contract, it is preferable that the applicant has their own Visa / on a spouse or family Visa.The HR Specialist will be the main point of contact supporting all employees in the Dubai Office whilst reporting to HQ. As the HR Specialist, you will work in a stand-alone position, handling employee relations and developing strong relationships embracing a team work approach.This is a varied HR role that will take on the responsibility of all aspects of the Human Resources function including HR administration, recruitment and onboarding, ensuring the company policies and procedures are compliant, performance and people management whilst handling the full employment lifecycle of employees in the Dubai office.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, the candidate must have at least 3-5 years? experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of the UAE employment law. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.You must be keen to take on a challenging position and be able to handle diverse situations with confidence along with ability to multi-task under demanding deadlines. The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. The applicant will have to be on their own Visa or be on a Spouse / Family Visa.
