HR Performance Management and Compensation Specialist

Job Description

Employment: Full Time Performance Management and MentoringMain point of contact / expert on performance management for employeesLead performance management process and system management, oversight and improvementsDirect interface with the staffing specialist with regards to performance and development of ME employeesAllocation of mentors and support of mentorship programWork closely with the global talent and HRIS team on system enhancementsLead the organization of biannual performance reviews end-to-endManage process and timelinesConsolidate performance documents to mentors and Talent Committee,Prepare Review sessions and provide valuable input to Committee prior, during and after review sessionsSupport the election process and coordinate the administration and organization of the kick-off, mid-cycle and final sessionLead the ME talent processes in close coordination with the global functions,Lead the coordination and organization of performance reviewsReview job descriptions and promotion requests.Work closely with regional HRD and functional (group) leaders on approvals to coordinate the Reward ProgramSupport HRM and HRD in any additional talent related topicsProfessional Development and trainingManages professional development plan and budgetEnsures delivery of existing training courses and assist in evaluating new courses against training needs analysis.Organize and coordinate local training eventsWorks with the global L&D team to align on training needs and opportunitiesWork together with department heads and to set up development programCompensation and Benefits strategyLead the renewal of health insurance and life insurance with negotiation of rate and coverLead the annual benchmarking and mapping of our compensation and benefits framework across ME unitsLead bonus and salary increase strategy and implementationReview MS compensation structure, market adjustments, promotion benchmarking and bonus allocation REQUIREMENTS: The Candidate that we are looking for will:Be currently based in UAEWorking at an international professional services firm preferably a management consultancy or law firmHave 6+ years of work experience in the HR department of a professional services firm specializing in performance review management, L&D and compensation analysis.Have managed a professional development budgetHave conducted benchmarking analysisHave near native English written and spoken skillsHave proven analytical skillsHave strong understanding of HR processesHave high level service orientationHave the ability to manage sensitive issues professionallyHave sound decision making capabilitiesHave the ability to gain the trust and confidence of all employees
