Prepare and process monthly payroll and related reports.Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and leave balances.Handle salary adjustments, deductions, and end-of-service settlements.Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll approvals and reconciliations.Support in audits and provide necessary payroll documentation.SkillsBachelor?s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 2?3 years of experience in HR and payroll processing (UAE experience preferred).Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS system.Proficient in MS Excel and HR/payroll software.High attention to detail and confidentiality.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
