Job Description

Position: HR Officer (Real Estate Development)Overview: We are looking for an HR Officer in our Real Estate Development firm in UAE, who will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions tailored to the unique demands of our industry. You will work closely with management to support our workforce, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and regulatory compliance with labor laws, contributing to the overall well-being and efficiency of the real estate companys workforce.Location: DubaiSalary: 3000-5000 AEDKey Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the real estate sector, including property management, construction, sales, and administrative positions- Identify training needs based on performance evaluations, career development plans, and organizational goals- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personal files in accordance with the company policies and UAE labor laws- Oversee employee relations and welfare within the company- Manage onboarding processes for real estate staff- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations- Coordinate training and development programs relevant to real estate operations- Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, mid years reviews, and annual evaluationSkills and Experience Required:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar roles within the real estate development sector, preferably in the UAE- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of organizations- Proficiency in MS Office experience with HRIS systems is advantageous.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesBenefits:- Competitive salary- Health insurance- Paid time off and holidays- Professional Development opportunitiesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Company Profile We specialize in providing the best talent acquisition solutions across the Middle East.
