To be considered for this role, you will ideally have further education within Business Studies/Psychology or related discipline with a minimum of 4 years? experience both working in a Senior HR Role and the UAE.You should have strong leadership and people management skills and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law to ensure that these are being followed is essential for this role.
