To be considered for this role, you should have further education within Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years? experience working in a Senior HR Role. With offices globally, this role requires someone with strong Middle East knowledge. Work experience in UK would also be a distinct advantage.Due to the nature of the role, you should have outstanding English communication skills with strong leadership and people management skills. It is essential that you have excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law to ensure that these are being followed.
