HR GeneralistJob Location : UAE:?Support employee relation function day-to-day tasks and respond to employees requests.?Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies?Maintain HR related function in Navision System and prepare the required reports.?Maintain Employee files?Coordinate with the health insurance company regarding the deletion, addition, claims and updates.?Assist in some investigations and disciplinary actions.?Prepare the attendance report.?Provide employee background and reference checking to the management.?Archive and proper documentation for the original HR documents such as salary adjustment, position change.?Ensure compliance with labor regulations
