? Bachelor?s degree in HR from a reputable University? At least 8-10 years? experience in a similar level role in the GCC? Must have an Engineering Consultancy experience? The ability to manage a heavy workload, with a close attention to detail? Excellent computer skills, including experience of using packages like PowerPoint, Word and Excel? A customer-focused approach, possessing impressive communication skills and the capabilities to meet tight deadlines?
