HR And Admin ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives.•Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management and offboarding.•Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with UAE Labour Law.•Supervise administrative functions including office management, asset control and coordination with vendors and government entities.•Maintain employee records and HR documentation in an organized and secure manner.•Manage payroll processing and support employee benefits administration.•Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and support a positive work environment.•Coordinate with PRO for visa and labor-related documentation and approvals.•Support management in organizational planning, culture building and compliance initiatives.Requirements:•Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administration in the UAE.•Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and local HR practices.•Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.•Experience in the real estate or related service industry is preferred.•Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
