Job Description

  • Manage full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee onboarding & offboarding, including documentation, inductions, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll data, leave management, attendance records, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, MOHRE procedures, visa/work permit processing, and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in performance reviews, employee development, and training coordination.
  • Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary cases with confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, management, and external authorities (PRO, government portals, etc.).
  • Support general office administration, documentation control, and internal communication tasks when required.
