  • Reviewing and completing the payroll process.ÿ
  • Assisting with the onboarding and off-boarding process.
  • Assisting with the leave calculations.ÿ
  • Updating of trackers (Incident reports, Increments, Salary Advances, New Joiners/Leaver worksheets, Master Payroll Worksheet).
  • Assisting with the HR Transformation projects.ÿ
  • Assisting with JDs.
  • Creating graphics and illustrations for announcements.
  • Saving and updating employee documents.ÿ
  • Working with the HR Manager to update policies and liaise with Legal.
  • Working with the HR Generalist with HRMS System, medical insurance and special projects.
  • Liaising with PRO to ensure documents are updated and filed in employee folders online.ÿ
  • Generating Purchase orders for everything related to HR and Admin.
  • Hotel and ticket reservations / raising POs accordingly.
  • Updating communication channels.
  • Recording, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employees punctuality.
  • Following up on new cards (Business cards, insurance ecards, access cards etc)
  • Monitoring and notifying for expiry dates in Trade license, registrations, rent, policies, DEWA and DU contracts.
  • Collecting the asset list from Finance and maintaining and updating accordingly.
