Position Title: Head Pastry Chef Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client:An all day and high-end casual dining in the heart of Dubai serving their specialty of Mediterranean cuisine and premium shisha.Manage the pastry section of the kitchen and liaising with the executive and sous chefs to ensure a successful working environment on a daily basisCreate signature pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe while checking team work results especially presentation, to ensure beauty and tasteDevelop new recipes for seasonal menus.Meet with customers to discuss details and planning of custom-made desserts and pastries for special occasions, such as weddings.Approve orders for new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section, when needed, and within budget.Qualifications:Male, 40 years and belowHigh school diploma or relevantAt least 5 years of experience in the same role from mid to high-end casual dining restaurant
